The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B) A, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is rotting in judicial custody since 13.010.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15156 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 459 of 2019.
