2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376D, 469, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 67 and 67(A) of the IT Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused in a case of gang rape.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is delay in lodging of the FIR and the medical evidence does not support the FIR.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that it is a case of gang rape, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
