The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad Mufassil P.S. Case No. 54 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 452, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 21.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60521 of 2022.

Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the

No.18089 of 2023(2) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Mufassil P.S. Case No. 54 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
