2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for a MANDAMUS commanding the respondents to make payment of compensation amount to petitioner for Mauza and Thana no.- Sangram 145, Khata no.-87, Khesra no.-2452, 2454, Area 1 Bigha 8 Katha 13 dhur, which has been acquired and the work of widening and strengthening of National

Patna High Court CWJC No.20219 of 2016(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/3 Highway-57 at the concerned process has already been completed but the compensation amount of the land of the petitioner has not been paid.

(ii) for declaration to respondents to hold inquiry that to whom and in what circumstances the compensation amount has been paid of the abovesaid land of the petitioner and take appropriate against action erring authorities and persons in accordance with concerned provisions.

(iii) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some argument, Mr. Prabhu Narayan Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner in the presence of Mr. GP-18, Raj Kishore Roy submits that liberty be granted to to approach the competent Civil Court.

4. State has no objection.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court who while dealing with the limitation petition shall
