Petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2016 in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 586 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner earlier the application for regular bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 50707 of 2016 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing charge. Further, it has been submitted that charges have been framed on 05.05.2017 by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-3rd, Bettiah, West Champarna and the petitioner is rotting in custody for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25010 of 2017 (2) dt.21-06-2017 last nine months.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-3rd, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 586 of 2015.
