2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 522 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have obtained the appointment of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that the petitioner has already resigned from the post of Panchayat Teacher. The petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts that petitioner has already resigned the post of teacher and claims clean antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Muzaffarpur (East) in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 522 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
