The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 11192 of 2018 arising out of Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 383 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of 30.6 liters of illicit liquor from the two bags said to have been recovered from the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 25.11.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.11971 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 11192 of 2018 arising out of Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 383 of 2018.
