The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amanaur P.S. Case No. 362 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In view of the specific allegation against Shubhnarayan Singh who has assaulted the informant and the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23265 of 2021(2) dt.16-02-2022 2/2 allegations against these petitioners are general and omnibus, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of ten weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, IX, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Amanaur P.S. Case No. 362 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
