2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Arwal Mahila P.S. Case No. 34 of 2023 registered under Sections 323, 341, 504, 379, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that the marriage of the informant was solemnized in 2014 with co-accused Shashiranjan Sharma and after sometime of marriage the petitioners started abusing and assaulting to her.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

Further submission is that petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the informant respectively. Petitioners never ill-treated and tortured the informant. It is next submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and they have got no criminal antecedent.
5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal Mahila P.S. Case No. 34 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
