Patna High Court MJC No.1572 of 2014 dt.16-02-2015 2/2 submits that the present contempt application is directed against the interim order dated 31.07.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.11220 of 2012 filed by the petitioners and the said writ application is pending for final hearing.
2. Learned AC to GP-30, appearing on behalf of the State, submits that the petitioners have liberty to raise their grievance for non compliance of interim order dated 31.07.2012 in the main writ application bearing C.W.J.C. No.11220 of 2012.
3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AC to GP-30, appearing on behalf of the State, this contempt application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to raise their grievance for non compliance of interim order dated 31.07.2012 in the main writ application bearing C.W.J.C. No.11220 of 2012.
