Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 80 of 2014 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2012 registered under Sections- 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the death of the deceased complainant lodged Chainpur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2012 also in this final form has been submitted by the police as would be evident from Annexure-2 & 3. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.12.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16247 of 2017 (4) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Complaint Case No. 80 of 2014, Tr.
