Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.02.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.5613 of 2017 with an observation that if the trial is not com peted within three months from the date of receipt/production of this order, the petitioner shall have liberty to renew his prayer for bail. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was caught by police with a country made pistol. As per submission, it appears that the petitioner having clean antecedent and he remained in custody for about nine months.
Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
