JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-02-2019 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017 dated 05.04.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 153, 153(A), 295, 295(A), 337, 338, 353, 332, 435, 379, 427, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

An occurrence had taken place on the day of Ram Nawami procession.

Regard being had to the general and omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioners and taking into account that several persons have been made accused in this case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their

No.11722 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

While saying so, this Court has taken note of the fact that some of the similarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court.
