Petitioner is an accused in connection with Byepass P.S. Case No. 351 of 2019 (Special Case No. 11693 of 2019) for the offence registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
