2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner made indiscriminate firing and fled away.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation of firing, but nobody sustained fire arms injury. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody and nature of accusation, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in Phulparas Police Station Case No. 510 of 2022, GR No. 1820 of 2022.
