Petitioner, already in custody since 24.12.2017 seeks bail in Patori PS Case No. 377 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366A, 120B and 34 of the IPC.

It is submitted that allegation of enticing away informant's daughter is against brother of the petitioner Din Dayal Singh and she has not attributed any role to the petitioner in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Shatrudhan Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Samastipur in connection with Patori PS Case No. 377 of 2017.
