JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Dighwara PS Case No. 223 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of taking away informant's girl is against one Puja Kumari, daughter of Raju Mahto and only suspicion is raised against the petitioner, the informant's daughter was having affair with brother of Puja Kumari who had taken her away; charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Krishna Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K.Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Dighwara PS Case No. 223 of 2017.
