The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.199 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 342 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of injury, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
