Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti) Police Station Case No.171 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The name of this petitioner came in confessional statement of co- accused Ramesh Kumar, who disclosed that he along with this petitioner committed theft of motor cycle and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12522 of 2015 (3) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti) Police Station Case No.171 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
