This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Nanpur P.S.Case No.56 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of kidnapping the minor girl and the girl is still traceless.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no way concern with the other accused persons rather he belongs to some other family and he has been falsely implicated due to village rivalry.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30126 of 2017 (3) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that the girl up-till-now has not been received and the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., as such, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, as such the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
