The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Sunil Paswan. Thereafter, the petitioner was apprehended and remanded in this case on 12.12.2017. Submission is that the petitioner was never put on Test Identification Parade nor anything was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial as the investigation is already complete now.

No.10145 of 2018 (3) dt.03-04-2018 P2/ Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.106 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
