JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 In view of the fact that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order, dated 18.07.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29121 of 2017 with liberty to the petitioner to move this Court if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that six months period has already expired. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor also. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Town (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, with the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7583 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local resident and the another would be that the petitioner shall cooperate in the trial, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
