Petitioner is accused in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 262 of 2018 registered under Sections 376, 493/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In the whole F.I.R., neither date of occurrence nor time has been mentioned and even place of occurrence has not been mentioned. Further submission is that on perusal of first information report, it appears that there is also delay in lodging the first information report. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 03.12.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances
