The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the Bolero vehicle of the informant being stolen leading to the registration of the case against unknown. During investigation carrier of the alleged Bolero vehicle has been recovered from the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle and he purchased the carrier and without seized article being put on T.I. Parade the accusation has been levelled on suspicion. It is further

Considering the nature of recovery coupled with the statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
