Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,504,506/34of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he caused injury on the head of the informant.

Submission is that there is no allegation of the repetition of blow. The petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2017. He has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8315 of 2018 (2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 226 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
