The petitioners seek bail in Sheohar P.S. Case No. 70/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Excise Act.

200 litres of Toddy was recovered from the possession of the petitioners and others, for that the petitioners are in jail since 11.05.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
