Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sasaram Town (M) P.S. Case No.280 of 2017, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's name is transpired in the confessional statement of one Guddu Chaudhary and recovery of Rs.20,000/- from the house of the petitioner is his personal money, moreover the petitioner was also not put on TIP and he is in custody since 05.04.2017. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Chunmun Singh @ Chunmun Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9894 of 2018(3) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town (M) P.S. Case No.280 of 2017, giving rise to Session Case No.232 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date before the trial court as and when required and if he absents himself on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled.
