Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of theft of motorcycle is against unknown. The motorcycle was recovered from possession of one Santosh Murmu. Santosh Murmu disclosed the name of the petitioner as co-culprit. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
