Petitioner seeks bail in Nimachandpura P.S. Case No.67 of 2012 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 364 of the IPC and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the case in the confessional statement of Ranjan Beldar. There is no other material to show the involvement of the petitioner. The case is of the year 2012 and the petitioner had no knowledge about the implication of the petitioner. The petitioner was apprehended from his village on 30.12.2019 and since then the petitioner is rotting in jail. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16372 of 2020(3) dt.25-08-2020 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Begusarai in connection with Nimachandpura P.S. Case No.67 of 2012.
