2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 351(2), 118(1), and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner and his associate Raju Kumar assaulted informant's brother with bricks.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that this petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Doctor found simple injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of this petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let this petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.7,000/- (seven thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Bhojpur at Ara or Successor Court in Sahar Police Station Case No. 220 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
