2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 236 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 414, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code which was earlier rejected by order dated 06.11.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 50792 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the owner of the truck in question on which the excess coal was found being transported has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. The petitioner claims clean criminal antecedent.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9297 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 matter. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
