Petitioners are an accused in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 294 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act & Section 5,8,9 and 10 of the Bihar Shaw Mill Regulation Act, 1990. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 23.12.2019.
