Petitioner is seeking for bail in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case No.663 of 2022, arising out of Complaint Case No.1814 of 2022 in S.T. No.402 of 2024, registered for the offences u/s 323, 376, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. 3.

Vide order dated 05.03.2025 a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report sent by learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-I-cumSpl.Judge, NDPS Act, Begusarai, dated 12.03.2025, kept at Flag 'A' whereby it is submitted that out of out of ten charge sheet witnesses, four are examined, cross-examined and discharge and rest six witnesses are yet to be examined and at least six months would be required to conclude the trial.

Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. 6.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.

However, if the trial is not concluded within six months, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) shikha/- U T
