The petitioner seeks bail in Barsoi P.S. Case No. 113 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

13.2 litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered and seized from the bag thrown by the petitioner in front of his house after seeing the police force. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and he has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. He has been languishing in custody since

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J-II-cumSpecial Judge (Excise), Katihar in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 113 of 2017.
