The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhitaha P.S. Case No. 143 of 2020 registered under Sections 457, 380 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that petitioner name has been disclosed only on the basis of confessional statement given by the co-accused person. No recovery has been made from the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below
