Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 85 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner or from his motorcycle. It is concocted story. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and for the alleged recovery he is in custody since 04.05.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28046 of 2017 (2) dt.28-06-2017 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 85 of 2017.
