The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 65 (2), 54(1), 65(4), 27(d) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Section 7 of the E.C. Act. There is an allegation of contravention of Drugs and Cosmetics Act. Allegation has been made that petitioner has not followed the provisions of Drugs and Cosmetics Act. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Nageshwar Prasad, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten
