Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR has been registered against unknown.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2017. Submission is that the petitioner was never put on TI Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession. Only material is the confessional statement of the co-accused before the police and three criminal cases against the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, especially, completion of the investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22621 of 2018 (2) dt.23-04-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mufassil Police Station Case No. 195 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
