Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2016 registered under Sections- 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of co-accused. Except confessional statement of coaccused, no material has come against this petitioner during investigation. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.01.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16278 of 2017 (4) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Rosera in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2016.
