This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 226 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is 71 years old mother-in-law of the deceased. The husband of the petitioner had given an informatory application in the year 2011 itself that they are separate from main accused and they have no concern with his activities.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
