JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 At the outset the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, however, the petitioner has been unnecessarily harassed by the respondent nos. 2 and 3.

In view of the redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, however, with caution to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to be careful in future.
