Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.599 of 2017, registered under Sections 363, 393, 419, 420 and 170 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner claiming himself a GST Officer made demand of Rs.50,000/- while the informant transporting grossery items and snatched Rs.400/- from his pocket and apprehended by the local people and assaulted. Rs.410/- was also recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that recovery of so called Rs.410/- is his personal money and due to road rage, the quarrel took place and the petitioner was falsely implicated by the informant.
