The petitioner is in custody in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 438 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.8.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the instant case on the confessional statement of coaccused. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused namely Md. Irsad has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CR. MISC. No. 77104 of 2018 vide order dated 29.11.2018.

No.20287 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 13.8.2018 and similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let, the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 438 of 2018.
