The petitioner seeks bail in Chhauradano P.S. Case No.14 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on 29.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.22352 of 2017 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining nine months in custody. Petitioner is in jail since 25.02.2017. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about one year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2315 of 2018 (2) dt.21-02-2018 of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No.14 of 2017.
