JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-01-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Arwal P.S.Case No. 198 of 2017 registered under Sections 120B, 147, 148, 149, 153A, 323, 341, 427 and 504 of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that allegation against petitioners are general and omnibus and there is no specific allegation and other coaccused similarly situated has been admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated 15.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 147 of 2018 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Doman Ansari @ Iftekhar Mobin and Sahbaz Akhtar, are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Arwal in connection
