JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2017 The contention of the State and the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna is that the pension and gratuity of the petitioners of these four cases have already been sanctioned, authorized and paid to them in their respective accounts.
Learned counsel for the petitioners admits the assertion made by the respondents, but he would submit that the application may be disposed of with liberty to approach this Court again by filing appropriate writ petition in case of dispute in respect of quantum of pension.
Leave is granted.
