JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Banka PS Case No. 625 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A and 34 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that one Bablu Yadav came with his parents and from the night the informant's daughter is missing and found in the house of Bablu Yadav.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she was kidnapped by Bablu Yadav, son of the petitioner, forcibly married and the petitioner has been implicated only for the reason that he is father of Bablu Yadav.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Shyam Sunder Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Banka in connection with Banka PS Case No. 625 of 2017.
