JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2022 Though the present petition was filed for setting aside the notices dated 09.01.2019 and 15.01.2019, issued by the Circle Officer, Tekari, Gaya, whereby and whereunder the petitioner had been noticed regarding demolition of his residential house, allegedly constructed illegally, however it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a Title Suit bearing T.S. no. 63 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioner, which is pending before the learned court of Munsif III, Gaya, hence it is submitted that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the learned court below and seek interim orders, if any and during the interregnum period, some protection be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with
Patna High Court CWJC No.3671 of 2019(4) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned court below for grant of interim orders and in order to enable the petitioner to do so, this Court directs that for a period of six weeks from today, status quo, existing as on today, shall be maintained.
