The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that co-accused Ranjeet Kumar @ Gore Lal assaulted with Farsa on the head of the informant's father then he fell down when the informant went to rescue his father then the petitioners including co-accused Naresh Prasad assaulted the informant and his father with lathi when villagers came they were also assaulted. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injury report of the father of the informant reflects only one injury which is alleged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6522 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2 / 2 against Ranjit Kumar (non-petitioner), a supplementary affidavit has been filed to the effect that no injury was caused to the informant. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Atari P.S. Case No. 60 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
