Petitioners seek bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 228 of 2016 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21557 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.03.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named are directed to be released on
